About California Co-op Cab

California Co-Op Cab is a Democratically run Cooperative company formed in 1982. As a result of a long protracted union strike against a monopolistic Cab system in Sacramento, most of our drivers have been in the Taxi business for 25-30 years.

Our Fleet varies between 50 and 60 cabs. We have cabs stationed in all areas of Sac. County and we also have the largest fleet of wheelchair vans of all the cab companies in Sacramento.

We are trusted by some of Sacramento’s largest businesses, including most area hospitals and hundreds of state agencies, airlines, hotels, and most of the local areas disabled organizations.
